From starting the yeast dough to cooking the pizza takes more than 3 days - enough time to neutralise the undesirable yeasty taste Light and crispy - that is how a pizza should be and that is how pizzas are served to our guests.
Our pizzas are baked on a pizza stone which makes the base especially crisp. for our pizza sauce we only use Italian sun ripened tomatoes which are processed directly after being picked. This guarantees excellent quality and a superlative aroma. The best olive oil and fresh herbs round off the sauce perfectly. Tradition dictates that,we only use one type of cheese which is mozzarella.
